  • This role involves executing digital campaigns that support client acquisition & sales growth, deliver measurable business impact, and contribute to revenue generation. 
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Lagos-based corps member passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and sales growth. The role provides an opportunity to develop real skills and also develop a track record of results, in combining marketing strategy with revenue generation, contributing to real campaigns, and seeing the direct impact of your work on clients’ businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-converting digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create compelling ad copies and campaign funnels
  • Generate qualified leads for Wildfire services
  • Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and DMs
  • Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets for ROI
  • Handle inquiries from the CEO’s network and social media platforms
  • Foster Partnership with other businesses and clients. 
  • Track performance metrics and present weekly reports
  • Support project acquisition and business expansion strategies
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and propose ideas to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools that can help clients grow revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be a current NYSC corps member (preferably serving in Lagos).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media management, analytics, and paid ads.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
