- This role involves executing digital campaigns that support client acquisition & sales growth, deliver measurable business impact, and contribute to revenue generation.

The role provides an opportunity to develop real skills and also develop a track record of results, in combining marketing strategy with revenue generation, contributing to real campaigns, and seeing the direct impact of your work on clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-converting digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create compelling ad copies and campaign funnels
- Generate qualified leads for Wildfire services
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and DMs
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
- Manage and optimize ad budgets for ROI
- Handle inquiries from the CEO’s network and social media platforms
- Foster Partnership with other businesses and clients.
- Track performance metrics and present weekly reports
- Support project acquisition and business expansion strategies
- Take ownership of assigned projects and propose ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools that can help clients grow revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a current NYSC corps member (preferably serving in Lagos).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media management, analytics, and paid ads.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
