Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our  client team and elevate our client brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, and the ability to drive customer engagement and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research on industry related topics 
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategy for our Instagram, Facebook page, Twitter and Tiktok.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms that align with brands voice and tone while keeping up with the latest social media trends.
  • Engage with customers on all our social media platforms respond to comments and messages
  • Monitor social media analytics, review and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Provide product information and recommendations. Close Sales and forward orders to operations manager.
  • Take customers orders via WhatsApp and Social media channels and forward concluded orders to operations to execute.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
  • Take and resolve customer complaints and issues in collaboration with operations team (on logistics issue) and the CEO (on other issues)

Requirements:

  • OND/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo).
  • Proficient in social media management and content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
