Position Overview
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content across our digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to take ownership of content from ideation to execution.
- This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagement, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (social & email)
- Develop video and visual content aligned with brand direction.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar
- Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms
- Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach)
- Identify trends and insights to improve future content
- Work closely with the marketing, influencer, and creative teams.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic video editing and content creation skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management ability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
