Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and branding objectives
Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and oversee specific social media campaigns, including advertising, to promote the organization and its products or services.
Platform Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adapting content for each platform\'s unique audience and format.
Community Management:
- Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to posts and comments, and foster a positive online community and brand advocates.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies and content.
Audience Engagement:
- Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and tailor content to resonate with them.
