  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing  the company’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and  revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with  business objectives. 
  • Manage website performance, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives. 
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social ads, display). 
  • Oversee social media management and email marketing campaigns. 
  • Drive lead generation and conversion optimization efforts. 
  • Monitor digital analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with revenue  targets. 
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a  related field. 
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, 
  • Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent) are an added advantage. 
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a  managerial or supervisory role. 
  • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI management. 
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, content  strategy, and digital analytics tools. 
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms is an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable performance  outcomes.
