Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Create compelling graphics, visuals, and promotional content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Run paid ads across platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Jiji Ads.
- Generate and convert leads into actual sales through effective online engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 - 8 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ad campaign management.
- Experience running successful ads, including on Jiji.
- Proficiency in graphics design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator).
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong communication, analytical, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
