Role Description
- We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly proactive Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, brand visibility, and digital innovation — someone who can strategically position Ultraviolet MFB across online platforms, drive customer acquisition, and maintain meaningful engagement with our audience.
- This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skill — from designing campaigns that connect emotionally, to using insights and trends to boost performance and ROI. You will work closely with the Communication, Product, and Business Development teams to amplify our digital presence and communicate our brand story effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms — including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Plan and implement online campaigns that align with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns using analytics, A/B testing, and performance reports.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that align with the brand’s tone and identity.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Community Management
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a vibrant online community that promotes trust, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and provide insights on campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Use data to recommend actionable improvements and guide strategic marketing decisions.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work with internal teams to support lead generation, customer retention, and product awareness goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial or tech industry.
- Proven experience with social media management, advertising platforms, and content creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual editing skills.
