Job Summary

The Digital Sales and Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting TechnoGym’s digital wellness solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role combines pre-sales support, product training, and customer success management to help clients achieve maximum value from our offerings.

Location: Gaduwa, Ado, Abuja
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities

  1. Meet sales and profitability targets.
  2. Support the sales team in pre-sales and sales activities, including product training.
  3. Organize and deliver seminars/webinars to promote TechnoGym’s digital portfolio.
  4. Train and guide customers to ensure successful product implementation.
  5. Create case studies and best practices that showcase product value and customer benefits.
  6. Provide structured pipeline management and reliable forecasts.
  7. Monitor competitor pricing, features, and trends, sharing feedback with HQ.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales managers to design tailored market solutions.
  9. Drive initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Ensure discounts are managed to sustain profitability.
  11. Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities.
  12. Promote Technogym’s cultural model in line with company policies and governance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital sales, customer success, or account management.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  5. Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  6. Interest in wellness, fitness, and digital innovation is a plus.
