Role Description
- We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Product Specialist to manage our online presence and Lagos showroom operations.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Konga, or Shopify, and a basic understanding of networking and power-related products like Mikrotik, TP-Link, Peplink, and Victron.
- This role combines online platform management, customer engagement, and showroom coordination to enhance the customer experience and optimize product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence across platforms (Jumia, Konga, Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Respond to online customer inquiries and provide product guidance to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Provide customers with recommendations and basic technical support for networking and power products.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including assisting walk-in clients and maintaining product displays and stock levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor product performance and prepare weekly reports on inventory, trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or supporting e-commerce operations (Jumia, Konga, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in retail, online platforms, or tech product environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of networking and power products (Mikrotik, TP-Link, Peplink, Victron) is a plus.
- Must be based in Lagos and able to work onsite.
