Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing, mobile-optimized templates.
- Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns for different customer groups.
- Monitor and analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Implement automated workflows, such as welcome emails and re-engagement campaigns.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to align email efforts with overall business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Email Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email reporting tools) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends.
