Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist / Manager to join our team remotely. This role will involve creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. The position starts with a probationary period of 2 months to evaluate effectiveness, after which successful candidates may be retained as full-time team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Segment email lists and create personalized content for different customer groups.
  • Write compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: ?100,000/month
  • Probation period: 2 months, after which retention will be determined based on performance
  • Remote work from home
  • Medical insurance support: ?50,000 after 1 year
  • Yearly Christmas bonus: ?100,000
