Job Description
- Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all channels while executing effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other platforms.
- Create, review, and coordinate marketing content including graphics, copy, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC (or provide proof of exemption)
- 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media management tools is an advantage.
- Skilled in using Canva and Adobe tools for marketing and brand visuals.
