KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oracle ERP Implementation and Configuration
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources
- Lead Oracle ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post implementation support
- Perform system configuration, setup, and testing for new Oracle ERP functionalities
- Develop and maintain integration points between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle ERP configurations and customizations
System Administration and Maintenance
- Monitor Oracle ERP system performance and optimize efficiency and reliability
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management
- Manage user access controls, security roles, and permission settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle ERP applications
- Coordinate with database administrators for Oracle database optimization and maintenance
Data Management and Reporting
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle tools
- Manage data migration projects and ensure data integrity across Oracle ERP modules
- Create and maintain data validation rules and business intelligence solutions
- Develop and implement data archiving and retention policies
- Support financial and operational reporting requirements using Oracle ERP data
User Support and Training
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Oracle ERP end users
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for Oracle ERP applications
- Create user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with functional teams to resolve business process issues
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives
Project Management and Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional projects related to Oracle ERP enhancements and implementations
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance proocesses
- Coordinate with Oracle support and third-party vendors for technical issues

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in Oracle ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, Procurement, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ERP reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP integration, upgrades, and cloud migration is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle database management and SQL programming
- Experience with Oracle development tools (Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF)
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS implementations
