Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into company systems
- Maintain and organize digital records
- Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
- Manage spreadsheets and databases
- Generate basic reports when required
- Ensure confidentiality of company information
Requirements:
- Must reside in Lagos
- Proven experience in data entry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Zoho
- Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory or sales records
- Familiarity with accounting or CRM systems
- Good organizational skills
