Job Summary
- A real estate company on Victoria Island, Lagos requires the services of a Financial Analyst, who is a Chartered Accountant. He or she will be reporting to the General Manager, Finance & administration.
Responsibilities
- Accurate financial analysis ofthe Company's Financial Statements, budgets, and Management Reports for Monthly, quarterly, and Annual review of performance, to show and explain the Company's financial transactions and financial positions
- Providing managementwith forecasts and projections about how the company will perform in the future to support preparation of the company's long-term financial growth strategies and business objectives.
- Generating insights and making recommendations on how to improve business operations, including costs reduction proposals and opportunities to increaseoperational efficiencies.
- Financial modelling andpreparation of product profitability models to predict and assess financial performance.
- Prepare and present periodic updates as requested on project responsibilities
- Requisite Qualification / Experience
- B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Accounting / Finance plus M. Sc. in Social Sciences or Management is a plus
- Qualified Accountant - ACA
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Financial Management
- Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide accounting applications such as SAGE or SAP, Ms Office packages and PowerPoint presentations.
