Job Detail
- At Passnownow, we’re growing our technical team and seeking a creative, detail-oriented Front End Developer to help us enhance the user-facing aspects of the platform.
Objective
- To design and implement intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for Passnownow’s e-learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive UI components and features using modern frameworks
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into functional code
- Ensure consistency in design implementation across devices and browsers
- Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
- Work with the backend team to integrate APIs and services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
Quality Control Expectations:
- Pixel-perfect implementation of design specs
- Reusable and modular front-end components
- Adherence to accessibility and performance standards.
Collaboration & Approval Workflows:
- Reports to the Project Manager and Creative Lead
- Collaborates closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers
- Design implementation reviewed and approved by the MD and Creative lead
KPI & Performance Metrics
- Timely delivery of UI features and updates
- Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Page load speed and front-end performance scores
- UI/UX quality as reflected in user feedback
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
- Attention to detail and passion for clean, maintainable code
