Job Summary
- As a Frontend Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-centric web interfaces. You will translate product and design requirements into performant frontend solutions, ensure excellent user experience, maintain code quality, and collaborate across teams to deliver features that align with the company’s technology and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, functional, and reusable frontend components.
- Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
- Implement best practices for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL endpoints while handling client-side authentication, authorization, and user data securely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development or software engineering, with proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and client-side state management.
- Experience with frontend testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
Salary
NGN600,000 – NGN800,000 monthly
