Responsibilities:
Rideshare Application Development:
- Lead the design and development of features for our rideshare platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both riders and drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities that enhance the overall user experience.
Front-End and Back-End Development:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Implement robust and scalable back-end logic using languages like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Geolocation and Mapping:
- Integrate geolocation services and mapping APIs to optimize route planning and real-time tracking within the rideshare application.
Payment Integration:
- Implement secure and efficient payment processing systems, integrating with third-party payment gateways to facilitate seamless transactions.
Data Security and Privacy:
- Implement security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of user data, complying with industry standards and regulations.
Performance Optimization:
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure the rideshare application operates efficiently under various conditions.
Collaboration with Product Team:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on rideshare or similar applications.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end frameworks.
- Solid experience with back-end technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
- Familiarity with geolocation services, mapping APIs, and real-time tracking.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations and secure payment processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
