Job description
- We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the full lifecycle of our web applications , from concept and design through to deployment and maintenance. In this role you will take ownership of end?to?end feature development, deliver front?end and back?end components, work closely with product & design teams, and help drive our architecture and best practices forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop and deploy full?stack web applications.
- Build clean, efficient, maintainable and reusable code for both the frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features.
- Develop responsive and user?friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and ensure excellent UX across devices.
- Build and maintain server?side logic, APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), database schemas and integrations with third?party services.
- Manage, optimise and maintain databases (relational and/or non?relational), ensuring high performance, security and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, automated testing (unit, integration, end?to?end), continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, performance monitoring and debugging.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks and best practices; propose improvements and technical innovations.
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the applications and infrastructure.
- Provide technical documentation, mentor and assist other team members, contribute to team?culture and engineering practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2?3 years of professional full?stack development experience (frontend + backend).
- Strong proficiency with front?end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong back?end development experience in a language like Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails or similar.
- Experience designing and working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.), writing efficient queries, schema design.
- Experience building and consuming APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
- Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment processes, CI/CD tools and environments.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and performance/security considerations.
- Problem?solving mindset, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, capable of working in a cross?functional environment.
