We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong ICT expertise to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Software & Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Build responsive user interfaces and ensure optimal user experience
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database architectures
- Integrate third-party services and APIs where required
ICT & Systems Support
- Support, manage, and maintain internal ICT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and access control
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Assist in ICT policy implementation and compliance
Collaboration & Maintenance
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices
- Perform system updates, debugging, and performance optimization
- Document systems, processes, and technical workflows
Experience & Education
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and version control tools (Git)
- Solid understanding of ICT systems, networking basics, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of system administration and IT support processes
- Knowledge of software deployment, backups, and system monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, ICT, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer or ICT professional
- Proven experience working in a corporate or structured environment is an advantage
