Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Facilitator based in Lagos. The Full Stack Facilitator will be tasked with designing and delivering instruction in front-end and back-end development, ensuring content is engaging, practical, and up-to-date with industry standards. The role involves guiding and mentoring students, preparing curriculum materials, overseeing hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the facilitator will coordinate with other teams to enhance student experiences and maintain educational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and Back-End (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Flask, or similar frameworks) development
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or Azure
- Ability to create engaging course materials and deliver effective technical training
- Strong communication skills and experience mentoring or facilitating learning for diverse groups
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in education or instructional roles is a plus
