Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team for an initial 3-month contract. You will help us build, improve, and scale core features of the TELAH platform as we prepare for a major release and product exhibition.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust APIs and responsive frontend interfaces
- Collaborate with our product team to improve usability and performance
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g. payment systems)
- Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of fullstack development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong backend knowledge with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other modern databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Nigerian fintech or proptech platforms
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration (e.g. Paystack, Monnify, Flutterwave)
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
