You will oversee daily business operations, ensure team alignment with organizational goals, and monitor project execution to maintain high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring client satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Works with the Chief Executive Office to develop cohesive and productive goals for the company and designs ways to meet them.
- Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous learning within the team.
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Maintains consistency over the quality and message of the creative team’s output.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor team productivity, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Anticipate the future direction of the industry using both research and own insight, and brings the company into the fore of that trajectory.
- Establish and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Supervise campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to meet client objectives.
