About the Role
- We are a fast-growing skincare retail brand with an active online presence and a physical store. We are looking for an In-House Graphic Designer who understands skincare aesthetics, works very fast, and can maintain strong visual consistency across all platforms.
- This role is for someone who can think in themes, collections, and brand alignment — not just random designs.
- You will be responsible for website banners, Instagram graphics, promotional visuals, and branding consistency, working closely with the Operations and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website banners (homepage, promos, collections)
- Create Instagram content (posts, carousels, promo graphics)
- Develop themed design sets for campaigns and product drops
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
- Support new branding ideas and visual refreshes when needed
- Quickly turn around designs for promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams to execute ideas fast
Requirements
- Strong experience designing for skincare or beauty brands
- Excellent sense of branding, layout, and color usage
- Ability to work very fast without compromising quality
- Comfortable creating multiple designs daily when required
- Skilled in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Ability to follow and expand existing brand guidelines
- Ready to start immediately
