Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, skilled, and result-driven Graphics Designer & Social Media Personnel to manage our visual content and digital presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs, managing social media platforms, and promoting our real estate brand effectively online.
Responsibilities
Graphics Design:
- Design social media graphics, flyers, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements
- Create visual content for property listings and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Edit images and videos for marketing use
- Work with the marketing team on creative concepts
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content regularly
- Write compelling captions and promotional content
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track performance and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc Degree.
- Proven experience in graphics design and social media management
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage
- Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio or samples of previous work required
Added Advantage:
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads, Instagram promotions)
- Content writing or copywriting skills.
