Position Overview

  • The Graphics, Video & Social Media Specialist is responsible for producing high-impact visual assets that elevate the Herbal Goodness brand across all digital channels. This role combines graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation to support ecommerce, marketing campaigns, and community engagement. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional creativity, strong technical skill, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, website banners, paid ads, and promotional materials.
  • Develop brand-consistent designs following Herbal Goodness’ creative guidelines.
  • Produce ecommerce graphics optimized for Shopify, including product pages, category graphics, promotional blocks, and landing page assets.
  • Design packaging, labels, brochures, and other digital/print materials.
  • Create and optimize product mockups for new product launches.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external materials.
  • Organize creative libraries, templates, and brand assets.
  • Produce high-quality video content including product demos, educational videos, testimonials, lifestyle content, and ads.
  • Edit raw footage with motion graphics, subtitles, music, and branding elements.
  • Create short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
  • Manage video production workflows from concept to final output.
  • Develop daily social media content aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Design social-first assets such as memes, reels covers, carousels, and infographics.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet platform-specific specs and optimization best practices.
  • Support UX/UI design for website updates, ensuring clean and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Create UI/UX prototypes for Shopify pages and landing pages.
  • Assist with digital ad creative testing and asset variations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, product development, and email teams to meet creative needs.
  • Participate in marketing meetings to brainstorm campaigns, themes, and messaging.
  • Conduct competitive creative research to inspire design and innovation.
  • Contribute to branding, rebranding, and seasonal creative refreshes.
  • Support community engagement content and customer storytelling initiatives.
  • Use AI design tools to improve speed, creativity, and automation in the design workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics, transitions, and video content optimization.
  • Experience designing for Shopify or ecommerce brands (strong advantage).
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles (bonus).
  • Strong creativity with an eye for clean layouts, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use AI tools for design, illustration, automation, and content production.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform formats, and optimization requirements.
