Role Purpose

  • Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, both online and offline, ensuring a steady inflow of traffic to Daily Need.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Run social media and influencer campaigns
  • Build referral and affiliate programs

Offline / City-wide Marketing:

  • Plan and execute banners, hoardings, posters, offline activations
  • Collaborate with Creative Designer for campaign visuals
  • Coordinate with vendors and operations for execution
  • Measure offline campaign effectiveness using promo codes, QR codes

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Monthly growth strategy across all channels
  • Analyze performance and generate actionable insights
  • Align campaigns with merchandising and inventory.

KPIs

  • New users acquired (online + offline)
  • Traffic volume and campaign ROI
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • Promo code / QR code usage from offline campaigns.

Ideal Background

  • 4 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands
  • Exposure to offline campaigns (OOH, banners) a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Performance marketing and growth hacking
  • Digital analytics and attribution
  • Offline marketing execution experience
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
