Role Purpose
- Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, both online and offline, ensuring a steady inflow of traffic to Daily Need.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Run social media and influencer campaigns
- Build referral and affiliate programs
Offline / City-wide Marketing:
- Plan and execute banners, hoardings, posters, offline activations
- Collaborate with Creative Designer for campaign visuals
- Coordinate with vendors and operations for execution
- Measure offline campaign effectiveness using promo codes, QR codes
Strategy & Reporting:
- Monthly growth strategy across all channels
- Analyze performance and generate actionable insights
- Align campaigns with merchandising and inventory.
KPIs
- New users acquired (online + offline)
- Traffic volume and campaign ROI
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Promo code / QR code usage from offline campaigns.
Ideal Background
- 4 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands
- Exposure to offline campaigns (OOH, banners) a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Performance marketing and growth hacking
- Digital analytics and attribution
- Offline marketing execution experience
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
