Job Description
- You will own growth strategy, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation across B2C and B2B channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy for B2C & B2B.
- Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Improve conversions across landing pages & app flows.
- Build retention, onboarding & win-back automation.
- Track performance (CAC, LTV, orders, litres) and report insights.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years in growth / performance marketing.
- Strong analytics & funnel optimisation skills.
- Experience with paid ads, attribution & dashboards.
