Job Description
- To provide implementation and support on the campaign management solution.
- To manage the optimization of the campaign platform capabilities and communication channels. This will lead to customer value development and value loss reduction
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Business reporting and Analysis for the HBB business
- Business insights on sales and marketing KPI’s
- Daily CWN reporting on business KPI’s
- Competition Analysis to support business decision making
- Create micro and macro campaigns on Campaign Manager
- Identify and run BTL campaign opportunities
- Work with the business for campaign optimization
Communication Library
- Create and maintain the campaign and communication library
- Create and manage communication decision matrix
- Manage and regulate best campaign per channel and volume of communication for each campaign
ROI
- Measure campaign performance
- Measure the campaign impact on GR
- Balance bonus and paid MoU/Revenue
Data Analysis & Campaign Management
- Provide Report of the Campaign performance
- Correlate the campaign report performance to the business models
- Provide recommendations for campaigns based on data analysis
- Compare the Target group performance to the Control group performance
Performance Reporting
- Collate the daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collate the team reports

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science , Engineering or any numerate discipline
Relevant Experience & Functional / Technical Skills
- Data analysis
- At least 4 years in Data modeling experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Advance Ms Excel skills
- Knowledge of COGNOS is an added advantage
