Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Software Engineering, located in Abuja.
- The Head of Software Engineering will lead the software development team, manage various projects, and implement enterprise architecture strategies.
- The responsibilities include overseeing the development of software, guiding team members, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Software Development proficiency
- Team Management and Team Leadership experience
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site in Abuja
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a similar leadership role is highly beneficial
