Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth daily operations of all ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Batch Number Coding Machines
  • Time Recording Terminals: Responsible for the monitoring and management of the time and attendance system, including both the hardware and software interfaces of the clocking machines, to ensure accurate time capture for all staff and optimal system functionality. This role also involves analysing, calculating, and downloading staff clocking data for use in the monthly compilation and computation of attendance summaries.
  • Network Management: Installing, monitoring, and maintaining infrastructures (LANs, WANs) to ensure proper functionality, and daily controlling and monitoring of the remote access network server (Tally) to prevent network downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
  • Maintain internet connectivity, printers, and other office IT equipment.
  • Assist staff with ICT-related challenges and basic training when needed.
  • Keep accurate records of IT assets and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
