Job Summary

  • We are seeking for a talented individual to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing our computer systems and coordinating projects to ensure their timely and successful completion.

Duties and Responsibilities
Information Communication Technology:

  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • You will be accountable for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT operations.
  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to LSG policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

Project Management:

  • Plan and implement projects.
  • Responsible for managing projects, including creating project schedules and timelines.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Manage the project budget alongside the General Manager and the Finance Manager.
  • Report on project status to the General Manager.
  • Present to stakeholders report on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
  • Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • B.Sc in Computer science or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Manager or relevant experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
  • Contract negotiation.
