The ICT Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing computers and networks. The role is crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure works properly with maximum capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency with networking, hardware, software, CCTV, telephony, endpoint devices and operating systems.
- Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Ability to work occasional off-hours duty to permit timely attention to mission-critical functions.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL and other ICT certification will be considered an advantage
