Job Description
Ethnos Cyber is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Infrastructure & Asset Management Coordinator to support the effective management of our IT infrastructure and technology assets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure, with the ability to ensure assets are secure, compliant, and efficiently utilized.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Cost Management: Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze asset performance data and optimize resource allocation.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, especially around security, data privacy, and environmental policies.
- Effective Infrastructure and Asset Management to help reduce operational costs, mitigate risks, and ensure that the assets are secure, compliant, and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of hardware components (servers, storage, networking devices).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.) and software management.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (Azure).
- Ability to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure environments (e.g network setups).
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance based on service level agreements (SLAs).
- Expertise in scheduling and resource allocation
- Experience in generating reports
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to infrastructure and assets.
- Ability to plan, acquire, deploy, maintain, and decommission assets over their lifecycle.
