To support the IT Governance, Compliance, and Service Delivery functions by assisting in monitoring IT controls, documentation, audits, service performance, incident tracking, and ensuring adherence to IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Job Details
Service Delivery Support
- Monitor and report on IT service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Act as a point of contact for service escalations.
IT Governance & Policy Support
- Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Track policy acknowledgment and maintain documentation repositories.
Audit & Documentation
- Support internal/external audit preparations by collecting logs, screenshots, and other evidence.
- Maintain compliance trackers and follow up on audit remediation tasks.
Incident Management
- Maintain the Incident Management log and ensure all incident logs follow approved procedures.
- Track incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Risk Management
- Assist in identifying IT operational risks and tracking the progress of remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities or gaps
Business Continuity & DR Support
- Assist in gathering DR test evidence and document.
- Update DR checklist templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent are an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, IT audit, or a compliance-related role.
Technical Competencies:
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITIL concepts).
- Basic knowledge of information security principles.
- Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of IT audits and compliance evidence requirements.
- Willingness to learn GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, e.t.c.)
