We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT engineer who possesses strong technical expertise in medical IT systems, networking, and end-user support, with the ability to manage projects from design through commissioning and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare system drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for project execution and compliance.
  • Coordinate technical activities for assigned projects to ensure smooth implementation and timely issue resolution.
  • Support preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical documentation, and project reports.
  • Conduct system installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Provide comprehensive IT support, including system monitoring and user assistance.
  • Deliver end-user training to ensure proper system adoption and safe usage.
  • Participate in required product trainings and certifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in medical IT systems, healthcare technology solutions, or related technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT solutions.
  • Good understanding of network architecture (LAN/WAN), switching, routing, and server environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and system maintenance skills.
  • Ability to prepare BOQs and manage technical documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, accountability, and ability to work independently.
