Job Summary
- As an IT- Infrastructure Engineer you will play a vital role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to security standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy secure and reliable IT infrastructure systems, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016, and similar technologies.
- Configure and troubleshoot a variety of network printers, keeping workflows running smoothly.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, efficiently resolving issues through the helpdesk portal.
- Install and configure network devices like L2/L3 switches, routers, access points, RF devices, and more. Familiarity with fiber network infrastructure is a plus.
- Oversee, manage, and commission new IT projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Leverage your knowledge of CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning (a plus).
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project handling & CCTV project handling (a plus)
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts and technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
