We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily IT operations, provide technical support, and implement secure and efficient systems. Experience within a real estate or property management company is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
2. Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
3. Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and network equipment.
4. Monitor system performance and ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
5. Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT asset inventory.
6. Support and maintain property management software and other real estate-related digital tools.
7. Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and regularly updated to protect company data.
8. Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, repairs, and procurement.
9. Train staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices where necessary.
10. Document IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or administration role.
3. Prior experience in a real estate company is highly important and will be an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity practices.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic server management.
6. Experience with property management software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
7. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
