- Managing remote location through Remote Connection Tools like Remote Desktop, Team Viewer, and Ammy Admin.
- Configure access to shared folders, Manage shared folder permissions, Configure file system permissions, Ownership of files and folders.
- Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Microsoft (XP, Windows 7, Windows 10)
- Managing Email cloud hosting, creating emails, and managing them. Knowledge of internetworking, OSI Layers, Internet Protocol, TCP/IP.
- Managing, maintaining and monitoring of network environment, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Configuring Wi-Fi connection and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route .
- Follow up with Telecom Operators (ISPs) to maintain the Connectivity .
- Configuration of Static IP, Binding Mac address with IP.
