Job Description

  • Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and leading IT initiatives?
  • We’re looking for an experienced IT Officer to join our team and drive the development and maintenance of cutting-edge IT systems that support our strategic goals.

Requirements & Competencies
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) are an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Full Stack Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Python, and other modern frameworks.
  • Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL, MySql, and NoSQL databases.
  • UI/UX Design: Experience in designing intuitive interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Graphics Design: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for visual and branding tasks.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Microsoft Server environment (Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange).
  • Networking: Understanding of network connectivity and security. Experience with Mikrotik routers is a strong plus.
  • IT Hardware Support: Ability to diagnose, install, and maintain hardware and peripheral systems.
  • System Administration: Competence in document management systems, file servers, and backup/recovery tools.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven team leadership and supervision skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Project management certification or experience is an added advantage.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and digital innovation.
