Core Responsibilities
The IT Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of the school’s IT operations, including but not limited to:
- Managing the school’s IT infrastructure, including emails, domains, networks, devices, and systems
- Providing hands-on support for hardware and software operations
- Implementing basic security measures, access control, and system organization
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring timely problem resolution
- Proactively improving systems, processes, and documentation
- Ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuity of IT services across the school
