JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a highly experienced IT Support Engineer to oversee and manage enterprise IT systems, network infrastructure, end-user support, hardware, and surveillance systems across multiple locations. The role requires ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, configure, maintain, and monitor on-premises and cloud-based servers, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune environments.
  • Ensure system security, backups, patch management, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Design, install, maintain, and upgrade network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Provide IT support and technical guidance to employees across all departments and branches.
  • Manage IT support tools, help-desk operations, and user access controls.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, UPS devices, and related equipment.
  • Manage telephone and communication systems internally or through external service providers.
  • Assess, monitor, and maintain surveillance systems across all company locations.
  • Perform scripting and light programming to support system administration and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/HND in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience in IT administration, system support, or infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise system and network administration.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and server environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Strong customer support and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
