We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem solving and communication skills maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, untilthey’ve solved a technical issue
Installing and configuring Computer systems
Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3
Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits.
Prepare regular technical reports for the team, Supervisor review, and meetings.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup andnetwork configuration.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience.
Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory
Hands-on Kyocera and HP printing machines, both hardware and software
Good understanding of computer systems
Good knowledge/hands-on experience with CCTV Surveillance systems
Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365.
