Position Summary:
- The IT Support Officer will provide technical support to staff, ensure smooth running of computer systems, and assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- The role requires a proactive professional who can resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent user support.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA At, Network•, IT IL, or Microsoft Certified are an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, system installations, and user support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices will be a plus.
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent knowledge Of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
