Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
