Description

  • We are is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to provide first-line technical support.
  • The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve IT incidents, perform hardware/software installations, and deliver reliable end-user assistance both remotely and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provideremote first-line supportfor incidents and service requests
  • Install, configure, and customizesoftware and hardware
  • Set up and maintainPCs, printers, and peripherals
  • Performhardware and software fault diagnosisand troubleshooting
  • Deliver basic administrative support acrossWindows desktop environments
  • SupportWindows Server platformsat an entry level
  • Participate IT projectsand rollouts
  • Maintainaccurate, detailed ticket notesin the ticketing/PSA system
  • Produce and updatetechnical documentation
  • Adhere to operational and administrative processes
  • Work effectivelyindependently and within a team
  • Be available forafter-hours supportwhen necessary
  • Identify, prioritize, andescalate incidents appropriately.

Qualifications
Compulsory:

  • Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/NECO or equivalent)
  • MCSE or equivalent diploma/certification
  • Reliable means of transportation.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 year experiencein Desktop / IT Support
  • Exposure todesktop hardware and Microsoft software environments
  • Basic understanding ofWindows desktop and server operating systems
  • Familiarity withperipheral installation and troubleshooting
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN / Ethernet)
  • Exposure toVoIP / SIP(preferred)
  • Experience withticketing systems(beneficial).
