About the Job
- We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Brand Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, a passion for branding, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling design assets.
- You will support the development of brand identity systems, digital assets, campaign materials, and visual experiences across Strivo Labs and client projects.

What You’ll Do
- Support the creation and refinement of brand identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Design digital assets such as social media creatives, pitch decks, web graphics, email templates, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing brand collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials.
- Interpret creative briefs and produce visually engaging concepts with high attention to detail.
- Contribute to UI/UX projects by creating visual elements, assets, and style guides where needed.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead, Product Designers, and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support creative research, moodboards, visual trends exploration, and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to brand and campaign development.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for smooth workflow and collaboration.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, typography, and digital design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Good understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and modern design trends.
- Ability to translate ideas into clean, professional, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage but not required.
