Job Description & Summary

- In technology delivery at PwC, you will focus on implementing and delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, enabling seamless integration and efficient project execution. You will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations.
Business Development:
- Support his team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Automation space to expand the firm's client base.
- Support to implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Technical Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality automation projects to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and optimize existing digital platforms already deployed to client environments.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
- Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering Technology projects to clients.
- Experience in developing complex solutions in C#, .Net Core, Angular, messaging systems like (i.e. Kafka or RabbitMQ).
- Current or previous experience in developing solutions for external client is a must; industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in digital and AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
