Job Overview
- We require a naturally creative, versatile and open-minded junior level officer for our restaurant business. The candidate will be heavily involved in conducting research and proffering improvement solutions in varied aspects of our restaurant business.
- Ultimately, he/she will work with the operations manager to champion development of new innovative, food products while also maintaining the Company’s approved operational standards across all outlets.
Responsibilities
- Researching and developing new menu items, flavours, and products
- Improving, enhancing and monitoring existing products
- Gathering customer insights through surveys, online research, food bloggers, and other sources
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity
Qualifications
Requirement and Skills
- BSc degree in a related field. 2:1 is a must.
- 0-2 years of experience. Knowledge of food products is a plus.
- Passion for cooking
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter and a team player with high levels of drive and energy.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, determination and personal commitment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong thinking ability
