Job Summary: -

  • The purpose of our MRMHS+ position is to conduct market research and competitor analysis that translates into actionable business recommendations that drives HSIWES+ growth in line with Management’s goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide required HS+ Prospects’ Data sets in good time for conversion by our HS+ Sales System/Team to meet Product sales projections approved by management.
  • Carry out comprehensive and continuous SIWES Market trend analysis and submit monthly reports to DR and Management.
  • SIWES Product Competitors’ analysis and submit Weekly Report to DR and Management.
  • Identify and Build strategic partnerships (Tertiary Institutions, relevant SIWES officials & students) to drive strategic collaborations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business mindset and attention to detail.
  • ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Zoho platform and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
  • Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
  •  Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements as a Strategic marketing research Manager in the last 2 years (Preferably in Education and Training Services).
  • Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education- Minimum of first degree (2/2 minimum) in in any field. Degree in Economics, statistics and Business administration is a plus.
  • Experience- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing research and data analysis.
  • Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
