Job Summary: -
- The purpose of our MRMHS+ position is to conduct market research and competitor analysis that translates into actionable business recommendations that drives HSIWES+ growth in line with Management’s goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide required HS+ Prospects’ Data sets in good time for conversion by our HS+ Sales System/Team to meet Product sales projections approved by management.
- Carry out comprehensive and continuous SIWES Market trend analysis and submit monthly reports to DR and Management.
- SIWES Product Competitors’ analysis and submit Weekly Report to DR and Management.
- Identify and Build strategic partnerships (Tertiary Institutions, relevant SIWES officials & students) to drive strategic collaborations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business mindset and attention to detail.
- ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Zoho platform and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
- Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements as a Strategic marketing research Manager in the last 2 years (Preferably in Education and Training Services).
- Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education- Minimum of first degree (2/2 minimum) in in any field. Degree in Economics, statistics and Business administration is a plus.
- Experience- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing research and data analysis.
- Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
